What we collect and why
Name, email, company (optional) and the content of your message, solely to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a proposal.
Legal basis
Your consent when submitting the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, where a business relationship follows, pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b).
Retention
For as long as the conversation lasts and at most one year after the last contact, unless it becomes a contractual relationship.
Recipients and processors
We do not share your data with third parties. The form is processed on Cloudflare (web server, Turnstile bot check and email forwarding), acting as a processor with appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Your rights
You can access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing and request portability by writing to contacto@kromawave.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
